Why is this important?
Engineers Australia has incredibly strict criteria that engineers are required to meet prior to earning the Chartered status and for inclusion on the National Engineering Registry. Chartered engineers and engineers on the National Engineering Registry are also held to Australia’s highest ethical engineering practices via the organisations Code of Ethics and Guidelines on Professional Conduct. This means when you use a chartered engineer, you can have peace of mind they will provide a high quality and ethical service.
All work undertaken at Metamorphosis Engineering is personally reviewed and signed off by Matt and you can view his National Engineering Registry here.
In addition to Engineers Australia, practising Chartered Engineers further require special registration for projects based in Queensland and Victoria. At Metamorphosis Engineering, we are recognised as both a Registered Professional Engineer of Professionals Australia (
This enables us to practise structural engineering across all states in Australia to support all your civil and structural engineering needs.
